I emerged from a challenging upbringing, where my father's battle with addiction and alcoholism cast a dark shadow on our family. The torment extended to both physical and emotional abuse, affecting my mother, siblings, and me.

When my mother made the courageous decision to divorce my father during my early teens, she faced the daunting task of raising three children on her own. Our journey was filled with difficult moments and financial hardships that tested our resilience.

In those trying times, I found myself treading a dangerous path, mirroring the destructive behavior of my father. I turned to drugs and alcohol at a young age, becoming violent, negative, and engaging in theft and deceit. By the age of 21, I had already amassed three DUIs and had been in and out of jail from my teens up until my mid 20s

My transformative moment arrived when I grew tired of the destructive cycle that had gripped me for so long. I could no longer bear to see my mother's tears, and wanted to set a positive example for my younger siblings.

Determined to break free from the past, I committed myself to change. I embraced an intensive therapy program while incarcerated, earning my General Education Development (GED) degree. It marked the beginning of a new chapter, one in which I vowed not to follow in my father's footsteps, but to break the cycle and become the best version of myself I could be.

Upon my release, I dedicated myself to education, earning a degree in Information Technology and immersing myself in the tech world.

In 1999 I fell in love with an exchange student from the Philippines, but due to the twin tower attacks of 911 they cancelation all student visas and she was sent back to her native country. In an of act of love. I sold all my possessions in the USA leaving my family and I followed her to the Philippines, where I sought to build a family despite the unexpected challenges.

While in the Philippines I invested my life savings into a call center business that failed at the same time I discovered that my wife was unfaithful. I was devastated.

I had reached another low point in my life, I was overweight, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes daily and grappling with suicidal thoughts.

In my darkest hour a glimmer of hope emerged. A friend recognized my struggle and handed me an Anthony Robbins CD, urging me to listen and participate in its exercises. It was my first introduction to the world of formal personal development. Through the exercises on that CD, I painted a vivid vision of the person that I wanted to become.

With a newfound determination and through the power of personal development and internal work, I began to conquer the adversities that had held me captive for so long. I found clarity in my life and a renewed sense of purpose.

In 2006, I achieved the job of my dreams, one that allowed me to work 100% remotely. With newfound clarity, I simplified my life, embarking on a remarkable journey that took me to various corners of Asia and Central and South America.

I immersed myself in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
My possessions were reduced to a single carry-on bag, a backpack, and a laptop, and my existence was defined by travel, adventure and personal growth.

In 2010, love found me again in Brazil, where I built a family with three beautiful children and a loving, caring wife.

Through this journey ignited a newfound passion within me, the desire to help others break free from the relentless cycle of monotony and unfulfillment. I established a coaching business, dedicated to guiding people towards their best selves, and to live an intentional life with purpose and meaning

My story is a testament to the possibility of change, regardless of where you come from. I'm here to share my experiences, inspire, and serve, for I believe that we are not victims of our past, but authors of our own futures.
